Default BF Goodrich G-Grip - any good for a WRX ?

I'm just about to replace the winter tyres that came on my car and I'm on a bit of a budget at the moment. Camskill have got BF Goodrich G-Grips in the size I need (215/45R17) with a 91W speed/load rating and reinforced sidewalls for £73 a wheel inc VAT and delivery.

On my previous car (a WRX STi) I always had Bridgestone RE050 but these are to go on a Prodrive WRX with.

Has anyone any experience of these - don't want to order them and find out that they are ones to avoid ....

Cheers !
