Hi everyone my mate has a 2002 wrx turbo, its been remapped and had some additonal add ons f.e turbo timer and shock imobaliser. My friend has recently bought this car a week ago. Since buying its had new break pads and disks. When kwik fit replaced both we question them on a crunching/ grinding noise coming from passenger front wheel they advised it was to do with the breaks. They replaced the drop links because they recond they had a fair amount of play in the. Within the next day the crunching noise re appeared. Im certain its the wheel bearing but asking in case it could be something more server. While cruising theres a wooing noise coming from the back of the car and was wondering wether the bearing in the front would cause that noise? Thanks in advance

 

ive got the same thing happening on my 2002 wrx, it sounds like its wobbling when you go round a left hand bend?! Ive got new discs and pads coming thursday as i was quite sure it was them.
