Default WedsSport SA70 18" wheels and tyres

I have a set of 5X100 WedsSport SA70 wheels for sale. They are as new and they've only covered 300 miles. The tyres are 245/40/18"s and they are Toyo Proxes TR1s with the nobbles still on them

Here they are fitted to the car

And here is what they look like (this isn't my photo)

They wheels cost £1200 new and the tyres cost £600 so I am asking £1000 for them

Paul

Are these wheels wider than usual 18 inch wheels?
I currently have 18s but using a 225 40 18.
Would i be able to interchange the tyres between the 2 different wheels?
I ask as im after some new alloys and use mine for track wheels but want to use my old tyres when they wear low
