Well I've bought one, this one infact

'99 T plate, UK turbo looks OK in the pic but don't let that fool you, it's rough!!! 2 weeks tax and test!! plus lots of niggles not least of which the clutch is shot, engine seems OK though no rattles ,bangs, smoke etc plus best of all it was cheap, perfect for me to chop about

 

what did the wife say then

 

she hasn't got home from work yet,

 

oh dear well it dark out side she might not see it until tomorrow lol

 

she'll not be bothered, she's used to it, she went on a spa weekend last year and when she got home there was an S class Merc on the drive which she knew nothing about, compared to that barge the Impreza could go unnoticed!!

how difficult is the clutch to replace? plus as anyone any experience of some of the cheap ebay items eg

I don't know whether to go for a paddle or organic, I think perhaps I'll fit a cheap organic and see how it goes.
