Hi, Is it possible to collect one of these shower units on Friday AM 21st? also will it fit in the back of a vauxhall vivaro van, I also require 2 sets of ten decking lights (blue) to collect at the same time, could you give me a price for these please.

We are open until Midday on the 21st as for if it will fit in a vivaro, I have no idea as we don't sell vivaros, you will need 2 metres in length.

I see where you are coming from, but there was no need to mention that you thought he was being sarcastic....

simply put a second email explaining why you needed to know if it would fit would have sufficed, but hey its his loss so dont worry about it.

Sarcasm or no sarcasm he could have checked in two mins the length of the vehicle on the internet and what you are picking up...

He wont be the boss so find out who his boss is and have him sacked for being a tosser if that fails then i guess the other route would be to order 20 of them in another name and then dont turn up for them.....

If that fails then you could resort to violence i suppose....never did me any harm

Regardless of your comment back (as you felt he was being sarcastic) his reply back to a customer was out of order for someone in business. If he behaves like that to a prospective customer, then I'd hate to see what they'd be like if there was a problem to sort.

Just respond telling him you've passed on his details to your car club mates... He probably won't give a toss about that either, but at least we'll have more evidence of his 'stuff you' attitude.
