ordered me digi cam on saturday, and the seller said it will arrive by parcelforce 24hour, the next working day... got email yesterday from seller confirming it had been shipped yesterday, and should arrive today.... however, by 4.30pm today, still nowt... tried ringing seller, n sending 3 e-mails, still no reply or answer.... rung parcelforce, said there was nothing down to be delivered to me.... so, as you can tell, i aint very happy...

what should i do ??

 

If you paid via paypal open a dispute. He should at the very least reply to emails, if he hasn't then notify ebay. Both paypal and ebay may want you to wait 7 days before doing so.

Did you read the sellers feedback before buying? Its usually the first rule of ebay.

I had something similar when I bought the 4pot from another member on here, he had sent them with DHL but through another parcel company, bit hard to explain but DHL had no trace of the parcel, the other company did however. It took a while to find the out but it all worked out in the end.

 

his feedback was really good... otherwise i wouldnt have gone with him... gonna give him til the end of the week and if nothing comes, then i'll open a dispute... paid via paypal and still have e-mail receipts etc etc

Ive just started selling a few bits and bobs on ebay and its weird. I posted 4 items at the same time all recorded delivery yet one of the items took 4 days to arrive where the others only 2. Same postage recorded delivery just a delay through the post office. Like you said wait till the end of the week but if it hasnt arrived he will credit your paypal account coz nobody wants bad feedback.

Got to give a bit of time mate, keep calm, just for now

 

give it a couple of days mate and give the seller a chance, might be a good reason, plus the royal mail arn't exactly reliable

I would give it while the end of the week mate before blowing a gasket, I have often bought off ebay some deliveries next day most within 4, even if 24hr stated. royal mail and parcel companies dont often honour the 24 hour delivery service mostly due to demand.

fingers crossed.... just a bit peeved cos i paid 15 quid for the 24hour delivery, and was looking forward to playing with the cam when i got home!!! good job it didnt come, our kyle has been a right little soe n soe.
