Hi all, I was wondering if anyone's had any engine/management problems after filling up at the Total petrol station in Garforth?

A short while after I've put petrol in from there (whether filling up or just topping up) I get the 'check engine' light on and it runs like a bag of sh*te ('99 classic sportwagon) It seems to be an intermittent problem and worse when it's cold. I've not checked what the fault is (but I have looked on Scoobypedia to see how to do it) and will do when I've got the time.

It started a few months ago and so began my highly efficient experiment!
I stopped getting fuel from there and the problem went away. But recently I put a whole £10 of unleaded in from there and the problems started again.

Soooooo, has anyone else experienced this??? And has anyone got any ideas other than to nip up to Tesco's where it's cheaper anyway

Hi, prob bad batch of fuel,would recommend you use Shell V power,mine always runs mint on that....

Tescos 99 ron here... If its good enough for the rally cars it's good enough for me lol

I thought that at first but I've been doing my 'experiment' for about 6 months now, think I'll just avoid the place!
I'd have to go well out of my way to find a Shell station but next time I go past I'll fill up and give a try

HI there..
if you go into Cas from garforth cliff way there's a shell garage on the right just before you go over the bridges into Cas...
there's also one on the wetherby road,just of the ring road in seacroft....
if not plain old 99 from tesco in garforth or seacroft....
