To load a Photo as below..
Press the icon above in the New post or edit post screen
Copy the link to the photo from Photobucket inside the box...
Press OK
Hey presto

Even easier, just copy the text in the bottom panel of the 3 beneath the pic in your PB gallery labelled "Img" and paste straight into here.
