Well, I've just taken a deposit on an agreed price to sell my much loved Scooby The deal should be completed within the next 2 weeks, so I think the Buckles meet next Tuesday will be my last as an official WYIOC owner/member. I know I'll still be welcome at the meets and events and that you are all true friends that I couldn't turn my back on, but it will be painful going in my new dual-control Corsa Especially if the new owner who is local to The Foxglove chooses to come along to the meets too
May I thank you all for probably the most fun 3 years of my life. The car, the meets, the events, but mostly the people whom have become friends have made this a special time for both myself and Helen.
I'd also like to thank Bryan, who's promised to look after her in much the same way I did, and although it will break my heart to see her there not as mine, I do hope he becomes a regular at the WYIOC.
I shall be back Even now I am dreaming of a Type 25 in the FS section I need to knuckle down and make the driving instructor thing work, hopefully becoming fully qualified within the next 6-10 months, and then I can decide what to get. Top of the list at the mo' is a Forester STi, but that could change a dozen times between now and then. I still fancy and M-Coupe (Z not 3) for some tail-out RWD fun.
David

Good news bad news then
Hope to still see you at the meets mate but I have to tell ya, attending without your scoob is a bitter pill to swallow, believe me
Still, onwards and upwards and I know you'll be back in something suitable as soon as you can

Daz, no probs on the lessons
Barry, one day you too will return, I'm sure of it
Chief, you are so right. I really didn't want to sell, having got it just sooooo right
Ali, I won't be needing that I/C and pump now Thanks for keeping them for me though
If anyone wants an APS decat up-pipe then I have one for £70, and can put you in touch with someone whom has a GGR sports-cat down-pipe. Both superb upgrade items for either STi or WRX

Shucks Dave sorry to hear this, and I thought we'd keep you with your recent forray into acquiring 'bits'
Hope you're going to still be about, without getting all misty eyed you were my first contact in WYIOC and it won't be the same without ya.
There'll always be a seat for you in the silver machine providing:
- you don't mind going down Holme Moss at 10mph
- you don't mind crashing at Blyton
- you don't mind getting lost
- you don't mind waiting for Clare to arrive with a spare set of keys when I've locked myself out again
- you don't mind meeting at a completely different pub to the rest of the WYIOC on a run
- you don't mind getting lost again!
See you on Tues anyway

Thanks mate, the guy who owns the franchise I'm working for is almost ORDIT standard and has one Grade 6 ADI/ORDIT within the company. I also have further tuition available as part of the college course I am doing, but any extra help is always appreciated. Feel free to pass on the contact
