Saw quite a few scoobys at the ring but never got to follow any round the ring. Did speak to a follow club member who was in a White blob spec c with wife and baby in the car. Saw 2 P1 following each other around adenau.

That was I in the Spec C with wifey and Kiddie
Good to have our brief conversation and sorry I didnt manage to get bak and talk to you.
We had a few laps then went for Curried Bratwurst and Pommes in the sun at Brunchen. By which time my Daughter had had enough for the day so we came on home.
How did everyone get along?

Thank you very much. Hopefully the TUV tester will think the same and give her a nice German Test Certificate
Im guessing you stayed at Hotel an der Nordschliefe then??? Yeah I had a great time thanks. New coilover setting on the rear made her feel loose but nothing that cant be dialed out. What better place to test suspension setups!!!

Well fingers crossed you get it. Yeah I stayed there how did ya know? What set up have u gone for on the rear? Have u modded the engine at all or is it still pushing up standard power. So do u head over to the ring much then as u live really close to it?

Just have BC coilovers on the rear running increased camber. I only just put them on from a different set of tein coilovers which went pop and leaked all the fluid. The teins were too crashy anyway really for the ring and the BC's give a softer ride for the lumps and bumps and change in gradients. Other than that just solid drop links and I have solid diff mounts to put on.
Engine has Graham Goode induction, Ecutek mapped by Alan Jeffries in plymouth and a full decat Titanium Ganador race system. All in all gives a nice power and torque of 363 without having to worry too much for the internals and the geartrain.
I bought myself a years pass to the ring so try to get there as much as possible. It does make it nice knowing that I can just go down like on sunday with the family, do a few laps and go for a walk without worrying that i may have a few laps left on a card which wont get used again.
As for the hotel i would think its about the only one with a view og the track and I stayed there myself last year when I made my annual pilgrimage.
If your ever coming back then give me a shout and ill be happy to meet up and actually get to talk properly this time! Like wise I would always try to help with any spares etc that people need for a scooby when they are so far from home. I have a selection of things in the garage which could be used for "get me home" parts.
