UK 300 at stafford kitcar show?

Spotted at last......if it was on Saturday it was definately me. Would have gone in my Westy but wimped out at the last minute due to the weather forecast - glad i did.
Though the show was crap by the way - no better than last year!

v nice btw
I always thought they were fugly but look much better in the flesh
I wasn't too impressed (especially the £8 entrance fee), It was worth it to see a real RS200 and the XTR2 (which we are considering)
Thought the Nitro remote controled cars looked like fun

yeh I heard that too... suppose its coz of all the recked sti engines that r up for grabs...
I think I'll stick with a turbo charged Hyabusa (nicked from the dissapointing DAX stand) 12K-13K rpm sounds far to tempting to be missed

Let us know if you do start a build - i'd still love to have one. Get a chance to go in one later this month when the factory are testing at MIRA - should be fun
I was tempted to build a bike engined one but in the end plumped for a zetec supersport - mind you with just a mere 185bhp it doesn't hang around - trouble is you always want more power :

Have to agree...thought £8 was a bit of a rip off
Considering the XTR2 eh....very nice...guaranteed
Theres some talk that the Westfield factory might using impreza engines as a variation on the power unit
