Sri Lanka Nuwara Eliya?

Hi, just been to Sri Lanka on holiday, and was suprised to see this newage there, probably the best car in the whole time i was there! Considering the conditions it was mint!

When I went there a few years back the first car I saw after leaving the airport was a Red Mica Classic
