Evo and Scoob police cars in Waltham Abbey!!!
Both stopped a poor Golf....
I was going round the main road and saw a police car from far, slowed down to the speed limit, then i noticed it was an EVO...
didnt have much time to see as i was paying more attention to the van in front of me who braked as well... then in my rear view mirror i saw the other police in front car had a SCOOB spoiler.... well should have been a scoob!!!!
