Hmmm! Not so good this year? Certainly less trade. Might consider Time Attack or Goodwood Revival next year? Think Trax may have "peaked"

I know mate we had to keep replacing them! It was a pig to get them off at the end of the day. Mental note....Don't use PVA next time!

I agree that possibly not as good as other years, but still the best show of the year.

Might have made it better if the 'big boys' were there rather than at Brands Hatch. Hopefully there won't be a clash next year.

I was there in MY00 Mica Red, was in a mixed car Track session at 10.40am, thought the track session was excellent, even thou most of the drivers ignored the overtaking rules and just barralled past on either side on the first corner!! I really enjoyed driving against the crazy power twin exhaust silver Evo6, the fire spitting black M3 and the black 3-door Cosworth.

Did anyone take a track photo of me??

ignore my question about 'what time' - just read the post properly - think I have some video footage of that session as it was just before the drift show

I was there too, been going to Trax for aslong as it's been running and this year was the worst by far !

£20 to get in,nowhere near as many trade stands, didn't seem to be so many cars on the track either.

On the plus side,we took a mate of ours who is wheelchair bound, one of the instructors came upto us and said we could go up in one of the VIP rooms in the grandstand and watch the track action from there

£5 for a dodgy burger and £2 for a bottle of coke

Didn't make it to Trax this year but I've been to a few other shows and found the food VERY VERY over priced, and not very nice either!

We need more pics in this thread tho

Lol mate that is my friends car (the red wagon) it is not a proximity detector he has it on his key fob with his remote start. At Japshow he put a sign in the window, the writing got smaller and smaller, so as people looked closer he would give it a blast!.
Funny as f**k, it keeps us amused all day!

quality - made us laugh - seen 2 people jump outta there skin. I done something very similar at Japfest one year but I used a NOS purge instead - done it to some big body builder bloke and the only reason he didn't come and smack me out was that a whole crowd of people were laughing at him

I'm up for that

I've always wanted to take 100's of burgers and a BBQ with me and set it up right next to the burger vans.

I'd sell them for £1 each and they'd actually taste nice

Shame i'd get battered by the wannabe copper event security though

Last year one of my mates got a burger that was pretty much raw,he asked for his money back and the guy told him to **** off. The guy ended up wearing the burger, sauce and all

I was there on the Hampshire Subaru "parking lot".

Had a reasonable day - since my son was free, I view it as £20 for the two of us which wasn't too bad.

Watched drifting for the first time, which was a hoot, and bought a 3 gauges from GaugePlace for an excellent price

Track sessions were quite fun to watch, but way too crowded for my liking so I'm glad I didn't book a session.

Got bored by 3 p.m. and left.

Was that the little tent? they had what can best be described as 'fake defis' and they looked great for the price. I was so so tempted.
