i may be wrong but i think that he/she is an independent/owner (buys his fuel and decides prices) were as im a franchise and get the prices dictated to me via hq,i think they pay more for the fuel in the first place

I guess I followed you back from Hemel this morning (about 11:30am) on the A41 towards Aylesbury. I was in MY01 WRB WRX going slowly until my engine warmed up - well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
