i may be wrong but i think that he/she is an independent/owner (buys his fuel and decides prices) were as im a franchise and get the prices dictated to me via hq,i think they pay more for the fuel in the first place

I guess I followed you back from Hemel this morning (about 11:30am) on the A41 towards Aylesbury. I was in MY01 WRB WRX going slowly until my engine warmed up - well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
Like the number plate.

Yup that was me Simes, driving home to get my wash bag of all things!!
Optimax on the way to Amersham is 87p a litre, got to be the most expensive in the country!!
