Scooby on AA ad
Any one know who's SCOOBY is on the NEW AA AD??
the one with serious ENGINE trouble??
Its a CLASSIC, (not face lift) Blue/Black cant really tell.

I see that! I think it takes the **** a bit as scoobies are generally reliable cars! Bloody aa why couldn't they put a evo on there! In fact I think I am going to complain....Wheres PS Lewis when you need him!

Well if you complain you tell them this..... I have just compleated a 1000 mile round trip to La Mans and back over 4 days... 
My93 import got me there and back ( Most of the way there and back doing 100+mph ) on private roads of course 
And not a single problem 
I checked my oil and water there and when i got back and not a single bit of oil gone and the water was spot on 
And this is 14yrs old.
So listen to me AA stick your advert up your 4RSE

they stopped putting this bit in for ages. was in there a couple of years ago. i noticed it again the other day.
i originally saw the ad just after i bought my first scooby and wondered if it was a sign of things to come. didn't have any problems with the last scooby and haven't had any with the new one yet. but then again i don't use it much lol.

All the cars in the ad appear to be jap cars to me
Which is a bit ironic as the AA get called out to Jap cars the least !!
It should be full of Peugeot, Citroen, Renault Rover etc

thats why they use jap cars... coz they will get less of a reaction as they know there cars are good... if they put one of these cheapy euro cars in it will hit a nerve and complaints city!

When I drove into Norwich a few weeks back there was the local Alfa dealers demo car at the side of the road with the bonnet up.. I would have got a picture except it wasn't a bit of road that was very easy to stop on.
At least it was a comprehensive demo I guess

see one on an AA truck today.... ah yeah that was mine..... 
dam mobile phone mast, couldn't start it at all so low loaded it home.... Now its fine..
