ANPR evo yesterday, broomfield rd, chelmsford

about 4pm. heard about this but hadn't seen it before. at a glimpse i think most people would miss the fact that it's a performance car rather than just your average stickered-up police car

glad i don't have to wear hi-vis in this weather!!
