Not me but I was on the A30 on Saturday 12th, going West from Exeter to Newquay in silver classic Wagon Sti look-a-like at about 1900-2030

Had a little convoy with a My94/95 Sti, well within the speed limit of course
Had to let him go in the end

Going West was fine, but it was saturday evening, did gloucester to Newquay (190 miles) in 2 hours 30 minutes.

Coming out of newquay at 10am this morning was pretty congested due to the road works, think it took me 3 hours 20 to do the home trip, and most of the delay was in the newquay to exeter bit of the journey.

Should be a nice road when its finished though, St Ives for me next time though, Newquay is a complete bog hole.

Aye - I'm heading to Falmouth first, then on to St Ives. Mmm... supping Doom Bar ale, standing in the sunshine outside The Sloop Inn, on St Ives harbour. Heaven
