Chef's 360 in Southampton?

Seen in Southampton parked up today, black left hooker Ferrari 360 Modena, C-HEF, I guess this belongs to a chef, any ideas who?
I reckon there's only one chef that would drive such a sexy beast, so it must be Salisbury steak day, children!

was it filthy?, if so it's the one that resides in the Poole area somewhere, the guy drives like a loony and the car looks like it's never been cleaned.
He's a bit on the scruffy side aswell, must be minted though eh!
