Sounds like the place you guys are talking about is SCC (St. Albans Car Clinic).

Its on the London road in a small industrial estate, where PTS (Performance Turbo Systems) used to trade from before they moved to the kingsway industrial estate in Luton.
The scc boys do all "specialist" car tuning but are mainly busy with Ford cars.
Very helpful team of lads, would give them every time.
