A45 towards cov - Silver scooby stickered up like police car

I over took him doing 65mph (10%) in a 60mph zone. the car had all the yellow and blue stickers but not one of them said POLICE and he didnot have the blue and red lights on the roof. He had clear lights.

There is a company called Woodway engineering just outside Coventry who fit lights and sirens for a lot of the police forces around the UK. May have just been going back from being ' Woodwayed'
I know they do work on scoobs - as they fitted the blues to mine.

i'd like to see you get from the city centre to say castle bromwich in rush hour traffic at say 5pm on a weekday........ that'd be a challenge ...... a scooby driving doctor now that i like.......
