morning mate. Yep that was me. I saw you (actually heard you first 
) whilst I was in the carpark of the Wigmore Arms. I guessed it was you anyway. I'd actually just taken a car mad friend out for a run to Hitchin (A505) and back along the Hexton road to Barton. She loved it! So much so she called her brother to make him jealous. When we got back to the pub he was there waiting in his cosworth 
. He's done a lot of work to it and is running about 350bhp - when it works that is. He says the 4wd is **** on the cosworth and is always popping driveshafts. That didn't stop him driving like a d!ckhead trying to goad me into a race in a 30mph residential area

Ahh I see.
I kinda guessed that they had seen your car and were trying to race you.
Still enjoying the car then mate ?!
I was on my way back from a bit of a 'progressive drive' myself

yeah still lovin the car! had a nice run out to Norwich on Saturday for the WR1 rollin road day and got to meet Mike Wood who gave her a check over with his laptop connected to the ECU whilst she was on the rollers. all is well 
so where do you go for a 'progressive' drive ?
used to love the lower luton road myself but its just too busy nowadays.

I try and go somewhere different every time.
I used to enjoy the lower luton road also. I used to commute along it every day.
Now it's pants. Too busy and too many scamera's!
There is some good roads over Hitchin way, or Whipsnade etc.
I won't name them on here, you never know who is watching
