I have the same trouble all time see scoobs wave flash lights just get the blank vacant look

 

I have the same probs too. I waved at an 03 STI on the way home in WGC today, waved but not even an acknoledgement (sp).

Don't be too worried guys. I know for one that I am sometimes in a bit of a world of my own when driving and only just register at the last minute that another piece of automotive excellence is drawing close. I try to do the wave / flash thing at the last minute but am often too late.

Is it just me or is the horn a bit tinny for such a 'formance car ?

 

Mine sounds 'girly' rather than tinny, but i know exactly what you mean........group buy on cross channel ferry fog horns anyone?

 

I ALWAYS flash my lights and wave.. everytime! Get about 80% waves back though, come on all you Scooby drivers, this is what we all do!!!

Also why are the horns on our Scoobies so crap? When I picked up my MY02 and happen to test the horn I thought... was is that????
If someone cuts me up or something and I have to use the horn, the offending driver is going to think.. whats that? Did that mouse make a noise?

Has anyone changed theirs? If so where please.

Our horns are deffinatly pants, wouldn't scare a granny let alone notify another motorist. We need louder horns.
