Hi Deano, See a lot around Tapton but not that many living here. I've a mate who has MY00 green Turbo wagon up the road from me.

We've a MY96 Sport Wagon in green too and there's a bug eye GX in red mica near my mate as well. Tapton owners club?

Hello chaps.

Well Max after months of trying, I have finally got off my **** to reply with a post.

I am said friend with green shooting brake with 'almost' black wheels. I second the motion for a Tapton Owners Club.

By the way Max, your car looks ready for a clean!!

Green boy - well finally popped your cherry!!!!!!

Good to finally see you have smashed the first post.

Would the Lockoford know what had hit it with an owners club meet?!!

All we need is Shane and the Series McRae to respond and we've a full house.

Max

Hmmmm!!

The Lockoford sounds good but it means getting permission from the wife!! Still if it saves her from having to listen me droning on about what mods I can't afford then I'm sure she would warm to it.

It would have to be after pay day for me chaps, ie Feb.

There we are, I seconded the motion for T.O.C and now I'm seconding the motion for a drink.

Its up to you Max, is the motion carried?!!

What about the first Thurs in Feb chaps - last to respond gets the 1st round in!!

That means I expect an almost instant response from Max! Look at those moths.

Fine by me (so long as the wife's shifts allow). Looks like Deano could be gettin' em in.

Phew nearly had to prize open the old wallet there. Had to sit down for a few minutes.

Deano - hope all is well with your mother and it's not too serious. 'The wife' works up there, but unless she's having a baby I doubt she'll have seen her.

6 more posts green boy and you'll be as 'regular' as clock work!

Will confirm my attendance in due course, but my wallet may well be washing its hair that night.

Oh na dDeano, perhaps you'd better wrap the crowbar in a copy of The Times to conceal it.

Max

It looks like a full house then although I could hear your Gert shouting at you from up at the top of Lockoford Lane, Scoobimax. You'll have to do a bit of grovelling there. Remember, just put yer foot down with a firm hand - just like I do with our lass!!

Hope it's not the same with you Deano.

While I'm off at a tangent on the subject of them indoors, don't forget its Valentine's Day a week on Friday - thought I might buy the wife the Afterburner Vortex or take her out for an evening to Scoobyclinic!!

Look forward to seeing you both in there on Thurs.

Crossed wires me thinks Deano.

The series McRae owner is doing the house up - I think - not me. Mines the silver MY99UK Turbo. Not been out in it since Sunday so doubt you've seen it unless you've driven past it on my drive.

T'wern't our gert who was raising her voice, must have been some other poor buggers!! As you know I have well and truly told her 'I'm off out on Thursday, if that's OK with you dear?'

Nice touch for valentines day greenboy - who said romance is dead?? Oh it was Jane hehe!

see you in the local thursday then.

Think we've talked or should that be posted with each other before.

Mine's the silver MY99, Green With Envy's is the MY00 Green Wagon and Deano has the MY03 in WR Blue.

Maybe time to arrange a local Thursday meet soon?
