Yup....

Just got home having spent the weekend with the Southern Jessies....I have to admit, the weathers better down south !!!

Well, I've only gone and done it! The P1 went just over a week ago and I picked up a brand new UK300 on Saturday...and to say I am well chuffed is an under statement!

Following mods carried out so far...

PPP
Alcon 330mm Brakes (from the P1 )
Guages
Pimp Tint
PIAA Spots
Rally Mesh/Grill to front
Front Strut Brace
WR Replica Spoiler (carbon fibre fin ...well cool....!! )
Quick/Short Shift

Put 500 miles on this weekend....obviously only upto 4000 rpm *sigh*....and it drives beautifully...

A lot more progressive than the P1/Std UK car...but good all the same...

Pictures to follow via my website in the next 48 hours!!!

Must say it was weird seeing the new and old P1 RUM's in the same place. the old one looks really odd without it being all stickered up.

Proud to say I was the first scoobynetter to see Tom's new car

must say that words don't do it any justice, you have to see it, and it looks awesome, though it did come a close second to the blackbeast which was parked up next to it

Sorry to mildly hi-jack the thread

I take it that Lancasters are okay as a garage then? I asked the question in the Dealers forum but haven't had a lot of joy yet.

Nathan..

Rum,

Thinking about the prices of UK300PPP vs P1, did it actually cost you anything to change?

Pricey (as in Top Dollar) but good with it

PTMW! comes from their stable (new) and has been serviced there ever since

Ask for Ian...

(BTW - Live nowhere near there, so its not just convenience)

Cool

Nathan L,

I live in Leeds !!!!

So they must be OK if I travel all that way...nah, seriously, they happended to come in with the best deal for swapping the P1...I have no problems with them. Very friendly and thorough - tho can't comment on service costs etc...as mine is obviously serviced up here.

Carl, yes...it did cost...but not a lot

Pics are going to be a few days...will post again once they are sorted..

Cheers

Tom

Rum, I saw you leaving Harrogate tonight, what were you over here for? You wouldn't have noticed me because I was in my works van but you can't miss your car I'll be giving you a ring tommorow as my insurance is due and AXA have just put it up by nearly 50%

Charlie,

Yup, had just picked the other half up from the office in Harrogate...was heading back to Belinis in Adel for a meal...and then back to Harrogate to drop her at her hotel....(a long story...but shes up from Weybridge on business)...

Had a nightmare getting back into town due to Skipton plod having a road block just before the roundabout (I'm all for it, cos it was as a result of a hit and run fatal accident last Thursday)...it took about 20 minutes to clear...

They had a couple of their Scoobs (Blue and Silver)...I guess the Red one was out and about locally in Skipton...

Catch ya later

Tom
