I want to do a while you wait service at spit&polish but they're fully booked until the end of September. Everywhere else I've phoned said they can't redo the BK black stainless chrome finish.
The only reason spit&polish can is cos they're an offical BK dealer...
Gotta sort myself out a morning / afternoon off work to go get it sorted.
The next date they could do when I was already off is when I couldn't get the car to them cos it's off the road for a couple of days getting a P1 gearbox, drive shafts and diff fitted. Improve the acceleration with the shorter ratios. Can't wait
It's only a very minor blemish, and noone's actually noticed it yet. I can only notice it when I'm cleaning them - but as that's every other day I want it sorted...

From another classic owner with a decat who did the P1 gearbox mod - 0-60 was 5flat.
Don't know exactly what mine is, but a few points slower than that.
Plus, it's nice to have a stronger gearbox designed for the STi engined P1 when I get my bigger turbo next year and start throwing out over 300 horses
Can't stop spending money on it... DOH!

I was nearly in tears when I done it - right outside Disco's place, too...And he got them for me
Took 4 weeks and a few hours to do... Surprised I lasted that long with my parking. Did you see how bad my old rims were? All 4 of them scuffed to buggery.
