Cool

Hope you enjoyed your trip hope m8. I take it the new suspension is everything you expected.

The new mid-section de-cat has made a noticable difference to the throttle response on my car (and a bit nicer sound when it's going 4 it ). There's a load less hesitation now, I can only imaging what removing the front cat will do . So go 4 it.

Nice talking to you.

I went for the Phase 4... eibachs, drop links, front strut, geometry.

AMAZING! I'm still smiling now...

And FAO Chris' Mrs. at low speeds the car actually rides SMOOTHER than with the standard ones on. Plus it's a lot safer for cornering which is always a good thing, especially with the sprog on the way! I said this to Chris after my initial test drive and he asked me to tell you so you'd let him buy it...!!

Chris, glad you're pleased with the centre section... I now must have officially the quietest scooby in the world (apart from the ones with standard back boxes). Roll on 2nd August so I can go full decat...!! I'll let you know how it is after I've had it installed by posting in drivetrain or something. I'll make up something about the extra noise being soothing to help the baby sleep on long drives...

Good to meet you, mate... see you around some time. I'm sure I'll be back to TSL one day!

Shaggy,

Good seeing you agin on Thursday after such a long time.

Yep, that was probably if it was about 11:30, I dropped Lorraine off in Beeston at 11:15 then went straight on to TSL.

Dan,

Cheers for the info on the ride etc., only snag is on Saturday afternoon after being at TSL I went and bought a boat (well sailing dinghy) so I doubt if I'm going to get my accountant to let me spend more cash on the scoob.

Shaggy,

Yep, got one - well almost, I've agreed to buy it, but the guy who's selling it is still finishing off his new boat, so I can't have it for a couple of weeks

You'll have to come over when I get it and we can take it out.

See ya later..

My dad used to have a rowboat... so can I join in too?
He got it for free, finally got rid of it by selling it to a neighbour. Tidy profit...
