Hi,
Saw a blue scooby today in Surbiton. Tarty looking guy wearing dark glasses. Totally blanked me even though I waved (ok so I drive a SAAB) Had a familiar number plate, similar to a popular fizzy orange drink.
Anyone know who this might be
