At the Shell petrol station near Junction 8 of the M1.
You were on your mobile phone, as you pulled in to the petrol station.
Anyway, you don't have much hair, you drive an RB5 WR, you don't have a handsfree kit, you take up a pump at a busy time and don't fill up (well not until you finish you important call).......

It's not me, but I know this bloke. I have met him at the same spot as you saw him.
He is a real Subaru enthusiast, but is not (preapre yourself):
a) A Scoobynetter.
b) A 'Meet' attender.
This was the case when I spoke to him, couldn't tell you if this has changed.
