I was too busy gushing about wanting a 355 to take his praise!

UHF, the traffic lights kinda bend round to the right and then become one lane. We pulled away slowly and as the road bent around I went to pull in front where it narrows, but the guy floored it and squeezed me out. I kept my foot in behind him and stayed right with him thru 1st 2nd and 3rd, by which time we had to slow down to join the main road. He was more than a little miffed that a Jap rally special had kept with his C4

It seems that even with only a few mods, the wrx will keep up with pretty much anything in the first 2.5 to 3 gears. Now I just need to sort out 4th an 5th
