Anyone bought a 97 Blue Impreza with custom made twin exhausts on the back and with a WRC number plate? You would have bought it in the Birmingham region.

I've seen a blue one that had been done up completely rally style (even going to the roof air-scoop, full logos down the side - about all it was misssing was the drivers names on the rear window) parked in Guildford, Surrey a couple of months ago (or so). WRC plated. Wanted to hang around and see if the owner came back and have a chat but was gone by the time I came back.
