Came across the above car at the roundabout near Roehampton gate around 7.30pm on Saturday - car had blacked out windows and damage to the front wing
. Got a wave from the driver as I let him do a U-turn on the roundabout.Also seen later around Richmond Hight Street.
Anyone on here?
