Does anyone know of any kittens/ young cats that need to be rehoused?

My mother has got over the loss of the last cat she owned being put down and is now looking for a pair of kittens or young cats.

She lives in the Bedfordshire area but would be willing to travel. All responses please post up or email me. Many thanks.

My unfortunat mate has two kittens / cats left by a fleeing fiance, her choice to get the cats and then she left, he did'nt want the cats but would never take them to cats home, i'll ask him tomorrow, email me if you like and i'll get you his number

About 10 years ago we got two cats from the Cat Protection League. The problem was that they shared a house with about 40 other cats and when we got them home it cost us over £250.00 in vets bills to get them sorted out.
They had everything from ear mites to cat flue and lieukeamia. In future I would rather pay for the cats or at least get them from a small litter.

I agree that it is a good cause, and it may just have been this one house that was run in this way, however if I were to get another cat I personally wouldn't go to them again. I still put money in their collecting tins, I just wouldn't want the hastle, expense and worry again.
