as above to fit a 2005 blob,must be complete,would prefer low mileage.will consider complete engine if the price is right.

3peakes is selling a low mileage short motor for £700, a superb price & a decent upgrade

yes spoke to him,its a good deal but would it need a remap to run in a blob wrx?

no not unless you are changing other things, the bottom ends are the same apart from better internals on the sti compared to the wrx

Yes it would need a map as they are different compression

Ive rebuilt a few enough to know and tbh i wouldnt fit any engine without checking the map (fueling and timing) in any rebuild.....

Do it correct once, otherwise it will cost you more in the long run......

If your going to get it mapped, get a STi block.

Obviously if your not going to map it, stick with the WRX block.

RE: mapping, I believe an Open Source map is quite reasonable compared to ECUtek.
