6k for a bugeye STi! Probably find a UK one with high mileage & no history for that much.

thats a cracking motor mate

lovely spec

not to much to put it to an sti spec

someone is selling a wr1 gearbox with all ancilleries for 1750 (on here)

so wouldnt cost that much to convert

Easily find a good one for that money.

I paid less than that for a JDM bug STi with 45k, FSH 2 owners last year. I usually see the pics of it on the home page on here.
The owner was desperate to sell.

Sold it for more than that though, but thats a different story.....

Just keep looking mate, a bag of readies is a great bargining tool.

yeah the word desperate to sell what if he wasnt

prob 7k - 7.5 k (prob how mcuh you sold it for) and a FSH (from japan) most people cant read japanese

but there are some out there

It was up for sale for 6.5k for a while and I got it for 5500. Sold it after 6 months running in the summer for 6200.

And it was imported form new so the history was in engurlish smart @rse

51 plate STi in the for sale section for 5k with a big dent on the door. Ive sent my PM.

Cheap cars are cheap for a reason IMO. That car is advertised as a Prodive bug & it does not even have a Prodrive front bumper let alone the rest!

I dont understand why he would advertise it as a Prodrive car, then only ask 5k?

Even a uk bug STi with a dent is well worth 5k IMO

If you look at it from a breakers point of view then maybe yes! Btw if you buy that and decide to break it, 1st dibs on the grill and scoop please!

It was advertised as prodrive as thats what i was told, i didnt no any different, it comes up as prodrive on insurance so maybe just the ecu
