Shopping List for 07 hawkeye
Hi guys and girls
I'm hoping some of you might be able to help me out with a few bits for me scooby , I've had the pleasure of driving my uncle's modified hawkeye 4 a week or so and the bug has bitten :P
I think the following would be a good start ? what do you all think ?
Feel free to chime in with other idea's and part's prices or link's
Full Decat exhaust ( and am I right in thinking a map is needed if I decat the turbo up/down pipe ? )
Injectors and fuel pump
FMIC
Some kind of Panel filter ( or do I go with the cold feed induction ? )
Flywheel
Front and Rear braces
Quick shift
RHF rack end as mine is a little bent
A good mapper
I'm hoping to get the bits together, fit them than get her mapped
I'm located in Essex near Southend , And will probably tag along to the poser's cruise on Saturday
Cash waiting
Thanks for reading

no need for bigger injectors as the hawkeye wrx already has the bigger 550 sti injectors as standard.
fuel pump get a walbro around 70 quid
no need for a fmic unless goin above 400bhp.
panel filter (green, k@n etc) around 35-45 new

You wont need bigger injectors - yours are fine for up to 400bhp and you dont want to go above that onthe std engine (hence no need for fmic either)
Panel filter - go cosworth for £30 new they are v cheap to start with.
Flywheel - not needed until you change the clutch and even then it is debatable.

Thanks for the reply , It's true you learn something everyday :P
The main thing was the RHF rack end as mine is a little bent I wanted to get it replaced for my upcoming MOT
I've change my clutch twice so far and I've not skimmed it either time hence why I through it would be a good idear to get a flywheel and get it skimmed ready for the 3rd time hehe
