Cheap set of 18" wheels
Anything considered any condition as long as not damaged or buckled,minor curbing etc is ok as i will refurb them,they are wanted for a track set,would prefer something 8 to 9 j wide and a fairly low ET like 35 to 45,but begers cant be choosers when there cheap 
so try me with what you have,dont need tyres.
