Downpipe to turbo bolts and studs

After the above please guy's, i changed my td04 to a td04 hybrid on my starlet and i managed to lose 2 of the bolts/studs, i think i need studs with nuts but not to sure! Iv attached a pic so you can see what im missing and what i need....

is that a custom weld downpipe

yes its a custom downpipe using a stainless turbo flange!
