I've seen people advertising them on here for ~£100-£170.
I've yet to see anyone advertise it for around £270 - perhaps you are getting confused with the cost of a new one.

A more realistic price would be between £150 and £200 depending on age and condition. Obviously these are sort after devices so they do attract a lot of interest and people are often willing to pay a little more.
You never know though..
