Advice please on RB5

1999 T RB5 with prodrive performance upgrade, 18K but is with 3rd owner (owned locally and serviced from new with same dealer), includes RAC Trackstar. Price £17000.

I'd get a standard Phase2, (seen them going for 12k) Then you got 5k to get bits with left
Plus the fact that you could well find a car with some bits on already, 17's, exhaust etc, if you must you could always get the PPP fitted to that for the 1.7k or whatever it is...
Depends what you want though, a "normal" scoob or a limited edition collectors item I guess.

This is cheap for an RB5WR, there a very few on the Subaru website at the moment and when they do appear they are nearer £19-20k and most I have seen are around the 35,000 mile mark.
If the dealer can do you a deal where they offer you the 2 year extention to the standard 3 year/ 60,000 mile warranty then the car should give you no problems at all.
