Ive been looking for some time now for a low milaged impreza sport....

Im only 21 so a turbo would be far too much to insure and run!

My plans are to find a nice low milaged (no older than 1998) sport and turn it into a full sti replica (turbo bonnet, spoiler, skirts coded etc)

Anybody any idea's where i could find one?

Spending around £3,000

Looks a very smart car......Milage is a bit high, im planning on keeping the subaru for a good while, and i fancy a project

Seen a blue one with 42k miles, 1999 for £2900

Comes standard apart from stainless system and turbo bonnet, pretty good starting point for what i plan to do

good plan - but you may look like a d1ck when someone comes alongside your "turbo" and you dont have the pull

im not looking for a pure speed machine, ive had a tuned R5 GTT which had "the pull" and speed just isn't my thing.....im not a fan of thrashing cars about

if subaru did a 1.2 with the turbo looks it would suit me down to the ground
