Its for a MY00 STI 6 and he is looking for something aftermarket such as a GT spec or gruppe s v2 headers.

that sounds v good, something with a slip joint, and no flexi, hope to be getting between, 360bhp, and if im vvvv lucky, abit more

I would reckon you would get more than that quite easily with a 20G, running 1.6 bar midrange tailing off to 1.3 bar at the top and you should see at least 380bhp.

that would be nice, have got the apexi boost control kit at the mo, would i need to use the apexi avcr, to let me run around 1.6 midrange then for it to tail off at the top end?

Yes you would need an avcr to increase midrange boost and tail it off at the top end.
