Wanted - CB radio

I'm entering Scumball3000 this year and need a (cheap!) CB radio set up.

Anyone got a complete set up going cheap or else a Swr meter or decent magmount aerial?

As cheap as possible as we still need to raise loads of sponsorship which I can see me ending putting my hand in my pocket!
