newage top mount brackets
Anyone gone from the tmic to a front mount and have some now redundant brackets lying about?need a pair to fit a 2004 wrx tmic to my classic.

I'm not convinced that you'll benifit from having the newage brackets.... due to the inlet being different on the newer cars, the brackets are also different.... and i'm pretty sure that they will place the intercooler in the wrong place..... best to adapt what you've got....

Ron......... are not the newage inlet manifolds of the phase 2 design like the later classics then? if not the more options i have regarding brackets the better perhaps,although quite willing to adapt anything

On the other thread, there's a picture of the turbo side bracket, and even the newage vracket has had a bit bolted to it... why not just bolt a lump to the 99/00 bracket... you already have one of those... on the other side, the lugs that the newage bracket uses are not there on the 99/00 inlet manifold... so absolutely no use whatsoever......
