I think those are standard rear lights fitted to all 03-05 UK wagons.

Yours look the same as them.
The left light has a white circle (reverse light) and the right light has a red circle (rear fog light).
Or is it me

oooohhhhhhh!!!!! see i didn't know that only the right side had the red circle. rear fog light? that's interesting. i thought the red circles were on both sides acting as the brake lights. here our circle are clear only acting as the reverse light. thanks for the info!!
