if you do a google search for FC Datalogit you will find a Kiwi (?) site where a guy has developed software for Apexi FC mapping through a laptop.
it is also possible to map via a commander unti but by all accounts its a much longer process.
I think its about £250 with a connection box for laptop to ecu, very good piece of kit and on my new year resolution list!

I see now. I was thinking about bidding on an ECU on Ebay the other day but it had no commander so I didn't bother.
Do you need a commander for the datalogit to work properly. I can see on the site that they have it coonected, but do you need it?

the commader can be looked upon as a basic version of dataloggit and I know Andy.F see's it as cumbersome to use by comparison.
I dont have dataloggit yet so still see the commander as useful.
