depends on price, at the mo even a 94 turbo would cost to much to justify stripping it
cant anyone go and smash theres up claim on the insurance then sell me whats left lol,

Hi N_W_S, wot happened to the leggy u was gona strip. Did u not get it after all.
Btw, im waiting to find a Sti V3 or 4 engine and if i get one then ill be selling mine if ure interested but im not sure weather its a phase 1 or 2 cos its a MY96 P

Is anyone looking for a WRX engine?? I have one from a 2001 UK WRX only done 18k, complete with turbo, intercooler, wiring, all pumps, etc, ready to go straight in, absolutely no damage, was running when removed! I used lots of spares from the car and don't need the engine - will take £1450 for the complete lump, or sensible offer.

hmm that is considerably lower than wot i thought. I thought it wud be around 250-260 but nevermind, gona have to keep ma eyes peeled for a sti v3 or v4 engine
