Must be in good condition, and gold colour. Not interested silver or anthracite, just doesn't look as good on DBM Preferably with good tyres as well, will travel a fair distance to purchase the right wheels at the right price.

These kind - not bothered if it has the writing or not:

Oh and BTW if tyres are included they'll need to be suitable for a classic - i.e. 40 profile for 17s or 35 for 18s.

Sorry mate, the wheels on the car just now are gold, rays engineering lightweight forged alloys, just looking for something different. I know I'll probably lose some ride quality and some ride comfort with these, but hey life's a bitch hehehe

Cheers.

I have brand new 17" gold alloys and tyres off my 04 STI- they have not been used. I have put 18"ers on the car. If you are interested, let me know your price.

Hi mate

Are they multispoke type, or the 5x2 spoke? If it's the latter not really interested, but if they're multispoke could be. Tyres will probably be no good though (wrong profile).

Cheers.

Im selling a set of STi 8 17" Gold Wheels, fitted with 1 week old Bridgestone SO3 Tyres.

£600 would seal the deal. Meet me at Elite Direct On Saturday and I will even pay for them to be fitted to your car.

Hi guys,

Sorry for not replying... kinda lost the thread in the whole scoobynet changeover thing!

If you have any pics mail them paul_morgan@ntlworld.com

BTW Lee assuming the wheels also have tyres for the STi8 they won't fit my car - MY00< have a smaller profile unfortunately.

BTTT.

I know there is a group buy for these on just now but it's still a little too much for me when the cost of tyres is factored in.

What's your budget?

Reason I ask is that I have a suggestion for ya. Why not also consider sourcing these wheels in (1) antracite and (2)less than perfect condition. This will give you a lot more options and the difference in price between mint and scuffed will usually be pretty close to the cost of getting them refurbed. You then end up with pristine wheels in your choice of colour and finish. It might be a little more hassle (though minor, since you already have wheels so don't have to keep the car off road while they get refurbed) but you're much more likely to achieve your goal.

And no, I'm NOT selling any tired, old, scuffed P1 wheels in anthracite. Just a suggestion.

You can usually find quite a few sets of ANTHRACITE wheels here.

Cheers for that, may consider it but at the moment I can't really be bothered with the extra hassle. I'm in no great hurry for the wheels, prepared to wait and see what comes up. But eventually I may get impatient and go down the refurb route - unfortunately I can't read P1WOC without registering!

Sorry mate but I'm not really keen on the STi8 wheels on a classic, and the tyres won't fit so I'd have to replace all 4.
