Just had the good news that my faulty MAF isn't covered under my Subaru warranty (MY96 Wagon with 84k mls).
Does anyone have one spare or know of where I can buy them for less than SGT want! (£196+VAT)!!!

Money, I've got a bit of decorating on at home so won't be going anywhere thie w/e I'm afraid. Can you mail me with what you might want for it!?
General question, are these easy to fit myself? It won't need any resetting of ECU or remapping or anything (sorry for dumbing it down, not really started on the serious modding stuff yet so a bit clueless!!).

Money, I might be able to make the Surrey meet on the 14th. Can I get back to you nearer the time? How old is your "spare" MAF and as post above, I assume it's just a direct replacement?

Nope will plug in easy. Will even replace it when your at the Surrey meet and we can see if there is any difference
Age - not old but not brand new. lol. It was taken off my car as i didnt need a MAF anymore

Had a quote back from Central-Subaru of £80+VAT + delivery, a lot better than SGT!!! So a little room for you to move in!??

Just to say that i have a Maf senor for sale at the moment.
It's a 3 pin one and i am after £40 plus postage if that's of any use to you send me a mail.

Dougie... I've checked sensor and its a 5pin one so don't think your one'll fit.
Gilly, if you bring it along and either of Moneys sensors don't work (!?!?!) then I'll let you two fight it out!!!
